This beautiful concept was initiated by Antony’s Waste Handling Cell Pvt Ltd and APD together to turn the garbage zones around the city to beautiful gardens. G for garden and not garbage campaign thus stopped people from throwing their waste at these spots. The garden lit up the places with serenity and drove away the stench and other bad effects of careless garbage disposal.

The garbage sites were chosen to be turned to a garden. The place cleaned up for planting saplings with boundaries were thus made suitable for the same. Volunteers brought saplings and they were planted appropriately and with needed care. The alliance intends to change all the garbage sites that can be found around the city to beautiful gardens and thus put an end to the culture of throwing away garbage. It will be a wonderful thing to watch all the garbage sites to gardens transforming the appearance of the city itself.
